Bad, low or no audio?
Check these things if your Radio is not functioning properly.
Radio is ON
Frequency is set to 102.7 FM or 730 AM
Volume is turned up to a reasonable volume
Antenna is functioning correctly
If in a vehicle are you parked near something that would interfere with the signal
(metal roofs, parking garage, power lines, etc.)
Check these things if the Stream is not functioning properly.
PC/Mobile Phone is ON
Is the Internet/Wi-Fi functioning properly
Are you on the correct website: Stream (Click Here)
Volume is turned up on stream, computer, speakers or phone to a reasonable volume
Check these things if the Amazon Alexa Skill isn't working
Has the skill been enabled by saying "Alexa, enable WLIL Radio skill"?
You can also enable the skill manually by clicking HERE on a device signed into the same account as your Alexa device,
or by searching for WLIL Radio on the Alexa Skill Store.
Is the stream working? The Alexa skill works off of the same system as the stream.
